Went with Dad and Joseph by underground and train. Left home at about 12:50 ish after Dad and Joseph got back from cycling. We walked to Streatham Common Station and got the 13:10 train to Victoria. We changed at Clapham Junction and got the 13:31 train to Sheppard's Bush. Once at Sheppard's Bush we changed to the central line and got the train that terminated at North Acton as there were no trains on the board to West Ruislip. Once we got to North Acton we had to wait 14 mins for a train to Ruislip and made me worry that we were gonna be late. We got on the train and got off the train at Ruislip Gardens. We then walked for about 10-15 mins to get to the ground in an area very similar to AFC Hornchurch. We got to the train 14:45 ish and didn't have too much time to do much so I went to the shop and badge man. The ground itself is a typical non-league ground with a bit stuck on here and sticking out there. The game was an entertaining one which I enjoyed and Wealdstone were the better side for the 1st 30-35 mins and deserved to be in front but Poole had a good end to the half and the goal was coming even if it was a penalty. 2nd half was the same as the 1st in the way Wealdstone dominated but let it slip away with poor defending and good pressure from Poole. We left the ground at about 17:05 ish and got back on the tube at Ruislip Gardens and got off at Oxford Circus and got the Victoria line down to Stockwell and the northern line to Tooting Broadway. We then got the 57 home and got home at about 18:45 ish. Good day out, good ground and good game.
